Open position:.
- Traditional machine tool operator with numerical control in particular, milling machine for roughing cast iron bars and lathe for deep drilling cast iron bars. As required, willingness to work on numerically controlled band-cutting machines and to collaborate with the bar warehouse operator (moving, preparation and storage of bars) is also required.
Work location:
- Albignasego (PD)
Minimum skills required:
- Ability to use the main measuring instruments, such as calibre, micrometer and dial indicator
- Ability to work manually on ‘traditional’ machine tools
- Ability to drive forklift trucks or willingness to attend the course to obtain it
- Ability to use overhead travelling crane and jib crane, for lifting bars and blocks
- Good predisposition to work in collaboration with colleagues.
- The ability to work with colleagues.
Preferred skills:.
- Experience working in a machine shop as a milling and turning operator on numerically controlled or traditional machines.
Working hours:.
- 8:00 – 12:00 # 13:30 – 17:30
- No shifts or travelling.
