Machine Park

Our pre-processing service center provides customers with a diverse and continually updated machine park, enabling us to offer highly flexible and efficient services in: custom cutting, rough milling, deep hole drilling, and peeling.

Here is a list of equipment available across all our locations:

• 14 CNC automatic band saws for cutting bars up to Ø650 mm;
• 4 semi-automatic band saws for cutting bars up to Ø450 mm;
• 1 CNC automatic band saw for cutting cast iron blocks up to dimensions of 3,200 x 880 x 1,500 mm and round bars up to Ø880 mm;
• 1 CNC automatic band saw for cutting aluminum blocks up to dimensions of 4,000 x 900 x 2,000 mm;
• 1 CNC automatic disk saw for cutting non-ferrous metal bars up to 150×150 mm with a cutting tolerance of +/-0.07 mm;
• 2 CNC automatic disk saws for cutting sheets of non-ferrous metals up to 4,000×4,000×120 mm;
• 1 CNC automatic disk saw for cutting sheets of non-ferrous metals up to 4,500×4,500×150 mm;
• 1 CNC automatic disk saw for cutting sheets of non-ferrous metals up to 3,200×3,200×90 mm;
• 1 vertical band saw for cutting aluminum discs from plate, up to Ø1,150 mm diameter and maximum thickness of 150 mm;
• 2 Milling machines for roughing bars up to 3,400 mm in length. Achievable dimensional tolerance on section: up to + / -0.05 mm;
• 2 Milling machines for roughing bars up to 2,200 mm in length. Achievable dimensional tolerance on section: up to + / -0.05 mm;
• 2 Drilling machines for bars with outer diameter up to Ø430 mm, capable of internal drilling up to Ø200 mm diameter, in length of 3,100 mm;
• 1 Peeling machine capable of roughing round bars in cast iron up to Ø70 mm and minimum length of 3,000 mm. Achievable dimensional tolerances: h.11 and h.9.

Additionally, we have all necessary tools for proper handling, management, and control of our materials, prioritizing operator safety and efficient project management.
