We inform our Customers and Suppliers that the Board of Directors of Commerciale Fond Spa,with an extraordinary directors'meeting on the 23^rd July 2008,has approved the modification of the company's capital from € 520.000,00 to € 1.000.000,00 (one million).

This operation is aimed to demonstrate the trust of the Shareholders towards the Company,but above all,the firm will of growth and future development of a partnership which will turn 35 years of activity in 2009.
